CUSTOM METAL
We are a light gauge shop that deals with 26 gauge to 11 gauge metals.
We have the capability to cut, bend, roll, weld, and plasma burn pieces.
CUTTING
We have the ability to cut material up to 10' in length.

We have sheets available in a variety of sizes and are able to offer custom sizes as well.
BENDING
We have the ability to bend material up to 12' in length.
​
Some examples of the things we've bent are drain pans, junction boxes, radiator covers, chimney caps, refrigeration trim, and rocker panels.
ROLLING
We have the ability to roll material up to 3' in length.
​
The thickness of the material can affect how tight of a diameter can be rolled.
WELDING/SOLDERING
We have the ability to weld and solder a variety of metals and thicknesses. ​

Welding is normally used for the thicker materials while soldering is used on lighter materials.
PLASMA BURNING
We have a modern computer controlled table with a plasma burning torch.
This gives us the ability to make custom pieces and duct work utilizing sheets that measure up to 5' x 10'.
